Responsibilities What We Want You To Do Consistently deliver programs and meet goals on time Identify opportunities to align projects to business-critical initiatives, and driving cross-functional programs to improve team performance and abilities Take a thoughtful and strategic approach to getting work done and prioritizing and escalating where appropriate Go deep technically when necessary to understand software architecture and software development fundamentals Work well with ambiguity and know how to engage leaders cross-functionally to build a plan and communicate to a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

years of work experience in a related field Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science / Software Engineering Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented and driven to keep people and processes organized Experience in core project management competencies including budget, scope, schedule, requirements, quality, risk and critical path management Enthusiasm for modern development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps and/or Kanban
Qualifications:
Passion and excitement for new technologies Technical expertise in DevOps framework and Cloud native tools (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience interacting with customers, senior executives, and business leaders Experience managing or mentoring junior team members Interest in identifying opportunities for engineering training, skills development and growth Knowledge of business operations Sufficient technical depth to understand and participate in design, tooling, and implementation discussions and decisions Hands on experience implementing new engineering operational processes Seeks to develop systems thinking skills, business acumen (ROI, cost-benefit analysis), and a department-wide perspective to decision making Advanced knowledge/education in engineering
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
