The Technology Specialist willbe responsible for the below:
Planning & Solutions Able to understand business issues and determine how to use software tools to solve, optimize and automate.
Integrates SAAS tools to achieve business objectives Software implementation, coordination & enhancement Able to diagram and articulate needed solutions.
Projects may include web application development, mobile application development, UX planning, SAAS integration, Vendor Management Capable of vetting software solutions and programmers/developers to ensure software solutions work seamlessly together.
Project Management Able to plan and organize projects to be completed on time and within budget.
Website & Online Stores Able to assist with all front and back-end functionality related to the layout and optimization of websites and online stores.
Able to seamlessly integrate online store functionality into websites Web development.
Support & Maintenance, Performance & Security, Training Establish process and training documentation standards.
Able to train and support users to effectively use company software to streamline and standardize their work.
Documentation Establish standardized documentation processes and expectations.
Document all customized API integrations and customizations IT Hardware & Cyber Security Manage company hardware needs.
(Computers, phones, networking, peripherals) Oversee 3rd party Cyber Security and networking vendors to prevent security breaches.
Travel between Urbandale and Cedar Rapids locations required.
