Responsibilities ( What You Will Do) ? Identify, pursue, and close new clients.
? Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
? Identify and meet with partners / consultants and practice active listening skills for existing and new clients' needs.
? Attend local, regional, industry specific, and national trade shows.
? Serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
? Work with our operations and technical experts to land all opportunities.
? Display the highest levels of ethics, determination, and a desire to win.
? Utilize provided tools, including SalesForce Enterprise, to effectively manage activities, tasks, follow up, and identify opportunities.
? Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (What You Will Bring) ? 3
years of outside sales experience focused on net-new business (minimum of 50%) in an industrial environment.
? Track record of success meeting and or exceeding annual quota 2021/2022 or 2022/2023 YTD.
? Based in the respective territory (Cedar Rapids - 1, Pittsburg - 1) and comfortability traveling throughout said territory Location:
