The employee spends the majority of the time in the field working with a crew under the direction of a Foreman.

Communicate effectively with supervisor and crew members Record hours worked accurately Other duties as assigned What you need to succeed Valid driver's license and have the ability to be added onto company's insurance policy Process and follow instructions Work effectively with a team Learn how to use tools and equipment meeting operational safety standards Understand and carry out oral instructions Regular and prompt attendance required Ability to work extended or alternate hours (nights and weekends) due to weather conditions and clients' needs Must be available for extended hours during snow events; mandatory overtime Uniform deposit required Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day with the ability to be mobile throughout required work areas.

The employee will be required to generate up to 75 lbs of push/pull force when maneuvering various equipment/supplies.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate.
The noise level in the work environment can be loud; vibration levels are moderate.
