Job Description:
Maintenance Technician, reports to maintenance lead and performs ongoing preventive maintenance, facility maintenance, complete repairs on various types of equipment etc.
Duties include and not limited to fixing machinery, plumbing, heating/cooling, working on CNC equipment, coolant changes, filter changes, maintaining oil levels etc.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Ensures operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintains adequate coolant and oil levels on all equipment daily.
General facility maintenance.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, and parts.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Performs tasks in a timely manner as required by lead.
Contributes by accomplishing results.
Work with a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
In conjunction with production and management, will support continuous improvement of development of PM instructions.
Troubleshooting Skills/
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license Ability to follow instructions and work well with others Read and interpret documents, manuals, blue prints, schematics Strong communication skills Problem solving Multi-tasking Team player
