$19-20/hour Advance Services is looking to recruit a Receptionist with administrative experience to work for a local, full-service overhead door company that has been a member of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Iowa for over 35 years! Duties/
Responsibilities:
1.
Navigate and answer customer calls and inquires, answering questions and providing basic customer service 2.
Scheduling technician/installer appointments 3.
Help guide customers through keypad and remote questions 4.
Receive customer payments and process invoices 5.
Learn Custom Accounting Software 6.
Data entry of weekly sales information 7.
Other office duties (i.
e.
scanning documents, labeling, mailings) Requirements:

High school diploma/GED 2.
Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite 3.
Customer service experience 4.
