At Majestic Corp, you will be challenged to have and continue to develop a deep understanding of the Real Estate Market, Construction Market and Rental Market.
With Majestic being a young company, this Position will be in a unique position to rapidly grow in role, pay and responsibilities as the company grows.
Responsibilities and Duties Prospect new business through cold calls, warm leads, and collaboration with our maintenance Staff.
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide face-to-face consultations to add value to their organization through a relationship with Majestic.
Travel to customer locations as needed.
Create Partnerships with other related companies Manage Partnerships Requirements and Qualifications Current and working knowledge of the Cedar Rapids Real Estate Market.
Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to Majestic's success.
Willingness to travel for work as needed.
Position requires the use of a personal vehicle.
Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
