The OM is individually responsible for the safety, quality, efficiency, and the customer experience delivered from each location.
This individual is also organizing, motivating, and leading the operations team to meet company standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safe execution of all tasks related to the assigned location including jobsites, warehouse, and office personnel Maintain customer satisfaction as a top priority Monitor and mentor crews to uphold quality standards and efficiency Oversee P&L for the branch by developing, managing, and reporting metrics Work closely with local office personal and corporate staff to predict the installation volume and fluctuate resources as needed to meet office goals Communicates regularly between company schedulers, the installation teams, and clients to maintain an efficient schedule Lead by example to enforce safety and training programs Resolve Customer Escalations by assisting corporate teams and direct local resources as needed Work with the Regional Operations Manager and Chief Construction Officer to provide installation reporting and performance metrics Monitor warehouse staff to ensure cataloging and inventory levels are in line with the installation schedule Assist procurement with acquiring quotes from local vendors and submitting material requests Expert of assigned territory regarding licensing and local code requirements Leads post installation service scheduling, MPUs, inspections, and rework as required In direct communication with corporate recruiters to onboard, train, mentor, and offboard personnel as needed Manage local fleet, equipment, and tools to ensure property damage and loss is minimized Visiting jobsites to meet with construction personnel OTHER

Experience:
High school diploma, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related disciplines preferred State Required Electrical Licensing N.

Certification Ability to Manage a P&L more than $1M Must possess a strong ability to multitask Must be self-motivated & punctual Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Email, etc Strong verbal communication and comfortable speaking directly with clients via phone conversation, texting, and emails Ability to interact with other team members in different departments to maintain highest level of customer service possible Effective note taking during meetings with clients and subcontractors to create meeting minutes.
Successfully complete projects to maximize profit by identifying creative ways to accelerate processes OTHER
Qualifications:
PMP and or NABCEP candidates preferred but not required.
2 years solar construction or project management experience First aid and OHSA 30 preferred but not required.
