Job Description SummaryManage Annuity Operations teams with a focus on production and the creation/delivery of services to internal and external clients.
Ensure department goals are in alignment with company strategies.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations and associated activities.
Manage staff administration and maintain staffing levels to meet production goals and budget.
Provide training, coaching and mentoring to staff and provide development opportunities.
Serve as an escalation point for teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Design, implement and manage operational workflows to meet internal and external service level agreements.
Prepare and deliver on-going management reports to a variety of audiences.
May compile revenue variance explanations, roots causes and correction action plans in preparation for monthly review meetings.
Participate as a member of the Operations management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience Eight years of experience in an operations environment, preferably in the insurance/financial services industry Five years of management experience Thorough knowledge of variable annuity investment products FINRA Series 6 (or obtain within 120 days from hire) FINRA Series 26 (or obtain within 180 days of hire) Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure Ability to grasp technical and complex concepts, and convey to staff and internal/external customers Proficient using MS Office products Working Conditions:
Your working location designation is Hybrid.
Hybrid means that you will report to the Company office location above approximately 1-3 days per week.
When not working in a Company office location, you will be expected to work from your home or other approved workspace in the U.
S.

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $90,000 - $119,000 annually.
This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
