We're seeking full-time Customer Support Associates for our client located in Cedar Rapids, IA!Pay Rate:
$16.
30Shift Schedule and Paid Training Schedule:
Must be able to work within business hours of 7:
00AM-7:
00PMShift will be assigned after training is completed.
Length of Assignment:
5 months (possibility to extend based on business needs)oImmediate Consideration, Virtual Interviews are being held ASAP GENERAL FUNCTIONResponsible for customer contact for all areas of the company.
Utilizes multi-tasking abilities to listen and speak with customers, while navigating multiple systems to provide an effortless experience.
Maintains sound knowledge of processes and procedures in order to assist customers; addressing concerns, resolving problems, and de-escalating in a professional, positive manner.
Promote and actively engage customers in current and new products and services available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answers incoming calls and processes orders.
Resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots issues to determine best path for resolution.
Correctly documents customer interactions and tracks call types.
Maintains support service levels and upholds Customer Service standards.
Owns follow up with customers to resolve inquiries Takes inbound phone calls for up-to 90% of assigned shift.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Performs all other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Must live within 1 hour of Cedar Rapids, IA High school diploma/GED 1
year of experience working in high-volume call center, customer service, hospitality and/or (call center environment preferred) Answer high call volume of calls 25-50
per day Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice Must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently Strong PC skills including MS Office; Word and Excel Ability to navigate information systems and internet Must be able to connect hardwire/ethernet, NO hotspots/WIFI - Interent Speed Test will be performed Equipment will be provided while on assignment (will be picked up by candidate at office location) P1 #CB As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
