Position SummaryAccountable for providing leadership and development to the Sales and Operations Support team members within the four operating divisions of the Office Equipment Group.
As an integral member of the leadership team, you will work closely with Business Unit Leaders, Sales Leaders, Operations Leaders and Team Leaders to recruit, hire, train, and develop Sales and Operations Support team members.

As a Sales and Operations Support Leader, you will be accountable for a team of 10-12 Sales & Operational Support team members that facilitate and process over $250M in financing (over 7,500 transactions) for our customers annually.
The SalesSupport Leader oversees a team that is the focal point of our customer interaction, provides exceptional sales and service, and works across functional boundaries to achieve collective goals and grow our business.
Essential Functions Proficient understanding of the financing programs within the OEG Division.
Assist in development and roll-out of new programs with our customers.
Coach team members to sell value of financing programs to successfully close transactions by positioning favorably compared to financing alternatives.
Have a high level of knowledge of other functions including sales, collections, account support, documentation and credit to provide support for our customers.
Serve as subject matter expert for the unit on transactional processes.
Ensure processes, procedures, policies, systems and tools are designed and appropriately used.
Including identifying best practices to be shared across the unit and company.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure day-to-day responsibilities are performed and the customer base is properly served.
Establish staffing benchmarks within the function and identify factors within programs that impact those benchmarks Coordinate back-up coverage and cross training across the function and divisions.
Provide functional training within the Sales Support Function Maintain good working knowledge of industries served and major relationships, and share accordingly.
Coordinate consistent, up-to-date documentation of program specifics.
Champion change within the function, unit and company as needed (including role evolution, policy & procedure).
Organize and develop content for functional meetings and best practice sharing.
Openly and frequently communicate with Business Unit leadership on issues or items to be addressed.
Contribute to Business Unit initiatives and strategic plans.
Travel as needed for training, development and relationship building with remote employees and customers.

Bachelor's of Business Administration (or similar degree) is preferredExperienceMinimum 3 years related experience is required.
