Facilities Technician

The position shall include, but may not be limited to, the following duties, skillsets &/or position requirements:
Daily service work.
Special projects related to drywall work.
Painting.
Installing cabinets/refinishing cabinets as needed.
Turning units once they become vacant.
Flooring needs.
Assist with new development work if and when needed.
Perform exterior property and building repairs as needed.
Perform special projects when called upon Inspect or update basic electrical.
Upload inspection pictures to AppFolio per unit.
Data entry of unit status into company systems.
Reporting expense needs and turn work to the facilities director.
Pay based on experienceHigh Property Management is the firm's in-house management company.
