Manufacturing Financial Controller - Relocation Assistance

Description:
The Controller oversees the activities of the accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits and annual budgets.
Their duties include overseeing the activities of the disbursement department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control and total corporate payroll tax compliance.
They regularly monitor the activities of the accounts receivable department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components including billings, cash, receipts applications, funding management, quarter and year-end closing including federal and state report.
The Controller is also tasked with overseeing payroll systems to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees, administration of benefits and regulatory compliance.
Overall, the Controller provides support and analysis to assist the Plant Manager in making business decisions consistent with corporate goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
This Opportunity is based in Effingham, IL.
The Controller must commute/relocate for daily work onsite at facility Degree in related field or 5
years' experience as Controller/Assistant Controller/Cost Accountant within Manufacturing environment CPA or CMA licensure a plus! Must have strong organizational skills w/ proficiency in database applications/admin.
systems (specifically Microsoft Office) Must have strong communication skills (verbal & written) Must be highly motivated, service & team-oriented w/ an attention to detail & ability to work effectively/prioritize alone Must have strong supervisory /interpersonal skills & analytical ability Must have strong decision making, problem solving, & troubleshooting skills Must possess proven presentation & internal customer service skills Why Flex-N-Gate?Join Flex-N-Gate!
