This position is open to candidates who are licensed in Iowa or who are eligible for licensure in IA.
As a PRN, you will set your own hours and work a schedule that is right for you! Join our team working in some of the best Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities in the state! About Us NIT is very selective in the communities with whom we partner - they want the best, and NIT is the best.
Our entire focus is to assist our patients and residents in regaining lost or declining function, developing compensatory skills, and reclaiming their independence quickly.

We are serious about maximizing every patient's independence, that's why we have equipped our therapy gyms with the latest ACP equipment and programming, modalities and have in place over 50
targeted programs developed to give you a bevy of treatment options.
At NIT, our investment is in supporting our therapists to be their best selves, which in turn allows them to provide outstanding care to those we have the privilege of serving.
That's why at NIT, we look for a modest 80% productivity expectation because we believe pushing unrealistic productivities as 90-95% harms both the therapist and the patient.
Our communities are ALF/IL/Memory Care/HH environments.
With consistently stable censuses, your caseload will be fluid across these settings.
