Summary:
Are you a creative HR Coordinator who is generalist at heart? Do you have a passion for working in the software and technology industry and have the right amount of experience to support the growth of businesses with effective delivery of HR practices? We currently have an opening for an HR Advisor who can jump in make a difference.
Serve as a point of contact for various employee inquiries and provide guidance.
Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
Utilize various communication channels to ensure employees are well-informed about Company related matters.
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting by capturing data from multiple reports and utilizing HRIS systems.
Prepare audit reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify any hiring needs and provide assistance as needed.
Actively participate in Employee Resource Groups and providing support/guidance as needed.
Communicate policy changes and assist in providing training to ensure understanding and compliance.
Guide People Managers through employee processes ensuring compliance and accurate entry in our HRIS systems.
Assist with managing our recognition program through implementation and general maintenance.
Oversee HR inventory (Company gear/prizes) by tracking, counting and reordering supplies in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
High level of flexibility, commitment, and performance standards.
Accurate data entry and maintain/audit HR records and databases.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including HR team members, employees, and management/leadership.
Organized with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software(s).
Familiarity of Workday, Sharepoint and/or ADP products is preferred.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Two years related experience required.
SHRM-CP and/or PHR credential preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/laptop.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
