Job DetailsThe Residential Services Program Manager provides direct leadership for residential services while engaging as an organizational leader supporting agency mission.
This position will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of residential services and ensure the highest quality of care for youth and families.
The Residential Services Program Manager will provide leadership that reflects agency values and creates a positive and productive work environment.
This position will serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing support and oversight to the Inpatient Department.
Examples of Essential Functions Responsible for the direct oversight/development of the Crisis Residential House.
Provide supervision, leadership, direction, and assign work/tasks to the assigned teams.
Provides assistance and direction when handling crisis situations and emergencies as needed.
Provide strategic planning to ensure success of established services and identify potential areas for growth within residential services.
Establish annual program/service goals and monitor progress.
Support the development of outcomes, measures, and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness and quality of residential care across service delivery.
QualificationsQualified Candidates Master's degree from an accredited college/university in Social Work or a related field.
A minimum of four (4) years' previous supervision experience, including hiring, training and supervising numerous team members.
Familiarity with the Medicaid system and area resources.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Required Special QualificationMust possess a valid Driver's License and meet the Agency's driving requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
