A care provider will aid in creating a safe and comfortable learning environment for every child while they are at Kids Kampus.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Keep each child safe while at Kids Kampus.
This can be done by:
Staying in a correct staff to child ratio.
Balancing focus between each child while others may be busy elsewhere in the room.
Making logical safety decisions when children are interacting with each other as well as their surroundings.
Ensuring no child is left alone.
Be a good role model to children and other care providers.
This can be done by:
Using most of the time in a shift to be engaged with the children in positive interactions and conversations.
Using full sentences, rather than commands, to help children develop verbal skills.
Being creative with activities for all children.
Using meal and snack time to truly connect with children through personalized conversation.
Being responsibly prepared for the day prior to arrival.
Use professionalism at all times when interacting with children, parents, and other care providers.
This can be done by:
Communicating with parents and other care providers when messages are shared.
Attending necessary meetings and training to ensure all information is up to date.
Ensuring a comfortable work environment for all care providers and resisting tension creating actions.
Be mindful of all disciplinary choices for children.
This can be done by:
Working to train children to develop self-control rather than aiming to punish them.
Redirecting a child before engaging in disciplinary actions.
Using time-outs sparingly.
Communicating clearly and in great depth with children as they are engaging in behavior that may lead to a disciplinary action.
Participate in necessary cleaning of all children, rooms and shared spaces to ensure all care providers are sharing these duties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
