What will a day in this position look like? As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of the credit union.
You will work directly with members to process their transactions and assist them with any other needs they may have.
You will also be asked to educate members on the various products or services offered by the credit union.
There will be daily administrative tasks as a part of the daily operations.
