Responsibilities:
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our center.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies Assisting in the management of all departments to ensure smooth operations Upholding high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Contributing to the recruitment, training, and motivation of a high-performing team Supporting financial goals through effective cost-control measures Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff and customers Assisting with vendor management and community relations
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry Demonstrated ability to contribute to achieving financial and operational targets Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with industry-specific software We Offer:
