Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities - Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations - Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs - Supervise and train junior maintenance staff
Experience:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting - Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems - Familiarity with using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities - Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong customer service skills to interact with staff, tenants, and contractors - Leadership abilities to supervise and train junior maintenance staff This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our team.
