Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler/Nursing Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create the schedule for nursing staff - Put together new tenant admission charts - Onboard nursing staff - Ordering/inventory of nursing supplies - Assist preforming resident cares as needed - Coordinating staff interviews, trainings, and 90 day/annual reviews - Ability to respond to scheduling questions - Willingness to cover the duties of being on-call for staffing issues Requirements:
- Experience in caregiver/medication management is a plus.
- Proficiency in excel, word doc, OnShift, & ECP is a bonus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is beneficial.
- Previous experience in scheduling/onboarding staff is advantageous.
- Ability to manage tasks in an efficient way.
