TrueNorth, an insurance and financial strategies firm, has an immediate opening for a Risk Management Account Manager in the Longmont, Colorado office.
This role assists the Producer in maintaining high account retention by providing excellent customer service for current and prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and providers Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures Receive, document and process all insured requests for service Review all renewals with Producer 90-120 prior to renewal Gather information from the client to complete renewal application - if needed, market renewal or order from the current carrier Prepare client proposals and present small account proposals to the client Review, document and process all client and carrier requests Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment required.
HS Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial insurance field as an Account Manager or in a similar position.
Commercial insurance license required.
One of the following designations desired:
CISR, CIC, CPCU or equivalent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
