Bar/Rest Shift Supervisor

We are looking for individuals who can: Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control Requirements Knowledge of the Bar/Rest terminology and Point of Sale System a plus. Minimum of 1 years Supervisoy experinence required. Must be able to work as part of a team and lead by example. Schedule flexibility a must, as well as ability to work late to the evening, including Holiday's.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
