Customer Relations Representative
This
position
involves conducting customer service, sales and retention activities via telephone, email and to walk-in customers. Responsible for contributing to companywide sales growth and retention goals as set by the
sales director
. This position will also perform varied administrative duties, including answering incoming phone calls and greeting people immediately upon arrival to any location. The successful candidate will have outstanding communications skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to accept ownership for a diverse range of duties including but not limited to:

Primary Required Duties & Responsibilities:
As the first line of customer contact, represents Tallgrass Business Resources in a positive way on a daily basis.
Solves customer service issues with the goal of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Answers phone calls and responds to all customer inquiries including, but not limited to product price inquiries, documenting complaints and new orders.
Work daily within CRM Software (Sales-i)
Must accurately maintain customer data, transactions and information in CRM and Ordering Program.
Generate sales and revenues by participating in marketing programs
Assists all walk-in customers and routing issues as they arise
Skills:
High school diploma required or equivalent
Two or more years in customer service industry preferred
Strong
computer
, telephone and communication skills
Prior CRM experience is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have strong organizational skills as well as be extremely detailed oriented.
Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Must be service-oriented and sales minded.
Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure and remain pleasant under high pressure situations.
Must be resourceful and good at problem resolution.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence, company policies and procedures and governmental regulations.
Ability to multi-task under high-pressure situations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, customers and the general public.
Knowledge in Accounting/Bookkeeping is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
