Job Description: Individual will work closely with design engineers in the layout and verification of custom RF and analog integrated circuits for wireless consumer electronic products.
Must have experience in the layout of integrated circuits including the ability to place and route active and passive devices and be able to plan the placement of major circuit components in an overall physical design. Top level integration experience is also required.
Job Requirements: Must have experience in the layout of integrated circuits including the ability to place and route active and passive devices.
Must understand semiconductor processes like BiCMOS, CMOS and SOI processes and how the physical layout can effect circuit performance of circuits like switches and be able to perform layout vs. schematic (LVS) and design rule checks using the Cailbre verification tool.
Must be able to read electrical schematics and netlists.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
