Expert-level Informatica Powercenter ETL development experience (4-6 years minimum)
In-depth business analysis
Experience: Requirements gathering, data analysis, documentation, Q&A to subject-matter experts, and translation of business specifications to technical design specifications. (6-8 years minimum)
Significant and in-depth Data analysis, data management, data profiling, and determining data behaviours. (6-8 years minimum)
Advanced database programming (Oracle), SQL stored procedures, complex SQL Queries, performance tuning. (6-8 years minimum)
Experience with programmatic bulk data manipulation and comparison using various utilities. (3-5 years minimum)
Mainframe dataset/Cobol packed data experience for reading/parsing into ETL mappings. (3-5 years minimum)
Soft-skills:
Always considered by others to be a top-level contributor, go-to person, or superstar on a project team.
Tolerance of ambiguity to be able to make forward progress without all up-front details.
Keen ability to investigate research, use best judgment, and tentatively proceed when encountering an unknown.
Excellent organization and documentations skills; ability to track items for later follow-up. Extreme attention to detail without being slowed down by those details.
High aptitude for learning new concepts quickly and extrapolating existing knowledge into additional situations.
Dynamic: Ability to work on multiple topics simultaneously without constant monitoring and follow-up. Able to adjust quickly to changes in scope or requirements.
