Wellness Coach / Fitness Instructor
McGrath Family of Dealerships is looking for a well-qualified Wellness Coach/Fitness Instructor with a proven track record to operate our newly opened Fitness Center. This person must be a high energy, positive, self-driven individual who wants to make a real difference in peoples lives. The Wellness Coach will help our people establish goals and push them to achieve those goals! The Wellness coach will be responsible for the daily operations of the fitness center and their duties will include:
Providing a safe, effective and motivating environment for physical activity
Continually assess the employees and their ability levels
Work with employees to broaden their knowledge of exercise, proper form and exercise safety
Teach Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, strength training, along with any additional classes that may develop demand
Maintain a clean facility and healthy environment
Effectively develop and administer events and competitions for the company. This will require communication through multiple mediums in order to reach all employees
Mentor and coach employees that are looking to improve their overall wellness
Give guidance with nutrition
Have an open line of communication with McGrath management to report any issues or concerns that may arise
Cultivate a culture where people love coming to the fitness center!
Must be CPR/AED certified
