The Field Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and utilization of personnel,
materials, equipment, and other resources on a single project in a safe, timely and cost effective
manner. Field Engineers will be responsible for reporting any information to the Human Resources
Department of any disciplinary action, terminations, employee transfers, or employee pay increases.
Field Engineers will also be responsible for pre-job planning, job execution and post-job analysis to
ensure project efficiency. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing support for the employees
in the field, this support will include, safety support, and IT support.

Requirements
Management or Civil Engineering Degree
2-4 years equivalent experience.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Outlook.
