My name is Deepika and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Responsible for researching about the party that made the payment to ensure the payor is an acceptable party.
Responsibilities:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines
Professional phone mannerisms, ability to listen and probe, determine root causes and resolve issues quickly
Research via the internet, request lexis nexis reports to validate relationship
Escalate to Financial Crimes team to determine next steps if required.
